I like to take some time every Sunday night to think about my week and write my goals down. I keep this as my background on my phone to keep me accountable. My first and most important goal this week is practicing mindfulness! I've been doing extensive research on mindfulness and the more I educate myself on the topic, the more I realize that it's essential in order to achieve my goals. I'll post a link to one of my favorite articles on the topic here soon!
