I get everything ready for my early morning workouts before I go to bed. I mean everything! In the bathroom I have my hair tie, brush, & toothbrush out, then by the door I have my keys, supps, water, and pre-workout. I nearly have to bully myself to get out of bed though. I am a night owl but we have so much going on right now I need to get my lifts done in the morning and then I can squeeze my shorter cardio sessions in the mid morning. In my experience, it is always best policy to get your workout in first thing in the morning, if possible of course. The earlier the better though!
