I just received this super helpful email from a team member at my coaches company. She's an amazing therapist who specializes in eating disorders. I had mentioned struggling with emotional eating lately and she sent me these suggestions...
"How can you make this goal a part of who you are?" Really resonated with me. When I committed to working with my coach for an entire year(this was a few weeks ago) I decided that this year would be a year dedicated to transformation and personal improvement. That goal is bigger than the food I want to binge on, it's bigger than dismissing a workout. I am committing myself to discover the best self I can be. Establishing that intent is one thing, but I am committing to it so entirely that it becoming who I am.
