Go-to breakfast

This is what I eat for breakfast the majority of the time...a bagel thin, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, and a little reduced sugar ketchup to add some pizazz! Oh yah, don't mind that diet Pepsi peaking through. Every girl has to have their vice, and I will tell you diet Pepsi is definitely mine!! When searching through IG or blogs or whatever and seeing into what prep girls eat, know that a lot of the time there's something you're not seeing. Mine is diet Pepsi, so I will just go ahead and put that out there. I drank it all the way through my first prep and it did me just fine.
