Happy Thanksgiving Fit Fam!!! I hope everyone was able to get a killer pump in this morning. I just went to Golds in Provo, and this stupid grin on my face is bc I ran into a good friend from my comp @gymlifeforevs and an IG idol @vattiera. I'm realizing just how small the competition community is in UT! You quickly start seeing everyone from IG at any major gym. Love it!!! Super inspiring to see these bad ass women getting work done. Enjoy your holiday everyone!!
